The gap to HKD 1M/yr is ~HKD 520k. That is approximately 2–3 more Sourcy-sized retainers, or Talent Coop + Jovy closing + one more organic inbound. The trajectory is clear.

Risks: Token cost crisis ($1k USD/week pace) needs to be resolved before it limits execution. Raymond packaging still stuck — decision overdue. Talent Coop formal acceptance letter still pending.
